Sugar Rush 2016

We've all heard the phrase, "like a kid in a candy store," but you don't have to be a child to indulge in a smorgasbord of sweets. Join us at the Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park for Sugar Rush on Wednesday, Aug. 24th!

You'll feel like Charlie in the Chocolate Factory (minus that annoying Veruca Salt) as you explore a colorful candy extravaganza. Think Katy Perry's Candyfornia. Several local sweeteries will sample their best cupcakes, ice cream, donuts, pies, pastries and more. Guests will vote for their favorite treat of the night — the winner will receive bragging rights and an award to display at their shop for a full year! We will also have a panel of experts handing out special recognitions for the most creative. We will also feature a special performance by the Cincinnati Ballet at 6:00 & 6:30 PM!

Vendors include:

Graeter's Ice Cream

The Boozy Bakery
Gigi's Cupcakes of Kenwood, Ohio (Cincinnati)
Cocoa Bites
Tres Belle Cakes and Coffee Shop
Cookies by Design
Ajani's - Gourmet Strawberries
Camp Washington Chili
Top This Donut Bar - Xavier
Nothing Bundt Cakes
Tickle Pickle Northside
The BonBonerie
Holtman's Donut Shop
Ja'Dore Delectables
Firecracker Bakery
Nanny Belle's
Butler County Donut Trail
& More...

Whether you're a Princess Lolly or more of a Lord Licorice, there will be goodies to satisfy every sweet tooth.

Ticket proceeds will benefit two amazing organizations, The Cincinnati Ballet and Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park.

The Cincinnati Ballet presents exhilarating performances, extensive education outreach programs and top-level professional ballet training at Cincinnati Ballet Otto M. Budig Academy. The Cincinnati Ballet will also be giving those in attendance a chance to see a miniature performance from their Second Company. Check out their website at:
